At IronVapin, we pride ourselves on our fast order processing and shipping time. All orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same business day M-F, excluding postal holidays. 

Orders placed after 3pm M-F will ship the following business day. We may also ship orders after these hours from our west coast facility. Customers frequently find themselves pleasingly surprised by how quickly their orders are delivered.

We ship via USPS only. All domestic US orders receive free USPS First Class (2-4 Day) shipping. We offer several additional expedited shipping options, including USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express services. These services are available at checkout for an additional charge, based on current USPS rates, 

Orders may also be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy. If your order is under review, you will be contacted within the same day.

Please Note: We may not always process orders on weekends, and cannot ship on all major holidays due to USPS closures. Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.


Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS frequently offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays can and do sometimes occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of IronVapin, and can be quickly resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information and form below).

Order Tracking:
While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, IronVapin does not and cannot guarantee exact transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account within 24 hours. Tracking information may also be accessed by visiting (https://www.ironvapin.com/orders.asp) after logging in.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
IronVapin strives in the upkeep and resolution of properly addressed undelivered shipments stuck in transit. If your package is stuck in transit and has not received a delivery attempt or confirmation on the tracking, our customer service team is happy to advise and attempt to resolve the issue in the most expeditious way possible. If we are notified of a delay and are unable to find a resolution via USPS, we will gladly send a replacement shipment.

Once a package receives a delivery attempt or confirmation via USPS tracking information, packages are not the responsibility of IronVapin, and any issues arising from thereon must be resolved by the customer, with their local USPS branch.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions input by the user will cause delays, shipment returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. IronVapin is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user. 

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:
IronVapin strives on making sure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to make your experience the best. However, for customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after delivery has been confirmed via USPS to the forwarder. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, IronVapin is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.

Order Discrepancies:
In the odd event that your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue and will arrange to send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Canceling and Altering Orders:
IronVapin makes efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing, please understand that we may not always be able to alter or cancel the order, though we are happy to attempt to do so if possible.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments:
IronVapin is not responsible for shipments refused by the recipient or found to be undeliverable by USPS.

It is incumbent of the user to provide complete, accurate shipping information on an order, and accept delivery of the package.  If an order cannot be delivered due to the recipient's refusal or incomplete/inaccurate shipping information provided by the user, any losses associated with the shipment are not the responsibility of IronVapin, and will not be refunded.

Please Note: 7% sales tax is charged to all orders being shipped to addresses within New Jersey.

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers sometimes update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
